The Musée de la Civilisation is now more than ever the Museum for and of the people. The Musée de la civilisation has won over visitors through the international scope of its numerous exhibitions and its unusual take on unorthodox themes.

Don’t miss the Gravures Inuit exhibit presented until March 11th, 2012.  Otherwise, discover Chapeau! This one offered until August 12th, 2012.  Pic#2 – credits: Rachel Bussières

The Musée de la civilisation is pleased to launch a 2011-2012 season where expression, reflection, and creation combine in a program perfectly in line with the museum’s cultural mission.  The program will showcase the museum’s varied collections, reflect on the evolution of a communications medium, delve into the world of a great Québec playwright, explore mythical characters in Japanese history, express the creativity of modern art, display a variety of photographic perspectives, and present a host of culturally diverse activities.
